Streamline QoS Monitoring

The OpenToolBox appliance measures MOS in realtime and reports key Quality of Service attributes such as delay, jitter, packet loss for each VoIP session in progress to Streamline Central. As well, the OpenToolBox captures over 30 other QoS attributes of the service. The appliance is also capable of capturing SNMP traps, alarms and alerts from switches, routers, servers, application servers, IP and TDM PBXs, firewalls, carrier circuits and more.

This capability extends Streamline QoS Monitoring to include application monitoring, PBX monitoring, server monitoring, video monitoring and bandwidth monitoring all on a single, integrated platform.
