Streamline Central SaaS

Streamline Central is the central datastore, analytics engine, presentation platform and focal point for the VPN-less remote access service. It is the core of the Management-as-a-Service offering from Communicado. Architecturally, appliances or agents are deployed in the customer environment report their findings in realtime to Streamline Central. Managed Service Provider engineers are logged into Streamline Central and are, as is usually contractually required, monitoring the state of the customers' network, unified communications applications and VoIP session quality.

Located in a secure, Internet-accessible, always-available shared computing facility, the Streamline Central implementation enables the multi-tenant and concurrent storage of all the metadata about your clients' communications service quality and the networking environment surrounding that very important traffic. This is useful for historical analysis and trend reporting services as part of a trusted advisor role that Streamline MSPs are able to offer their clients.
